Danny has been performing at care homes since 2010 providing entertainment for residents in the West Midlands. Now relocated to Derbyshire, he’s opening his books to a new client base looking for lively singing and guitar playing in the style of Buddy Holly and 50’s/60’s Rock n Roll. Performing Buddy classics such as Peggy Sue and Oh Boy to sing-a-long favourites by artists such as Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra, Danny Gill recaptures the magic of that special era. Well loved and recognised by the older generation, Danny’s setlist is perfectly catered to those in residential care.

Knowing the importance of being an engaging performer at such venues, Danny seeks to interact with his audience through dance, conversation, and song. Moving around the room, lifting spirits and keeping everyone entertained.
From the glasses to the shoes every inch of the costume is authentic to Buddy Holly and the style of 1950’s bringing some nostalgia and a talking point to the act. It’s Danny’s attention to detail that inspired him to seek out a vintage Fender Guitar, just like Buddy’s!
All bookings include an hour of entertainment and Danny’s professional portable PA system. All that needs to be provided is space to stand and a plug socket!
